Chef Elena Reygadas has taken this beautiful French-style house and set the scene for refined Italian-inspired cuisine, appropriately enhanced with local ingredients. The buttery cuisine is dominated by the flavours of oregano and basil, the produce is unbelievably fresh and the cooking times are perfect. Its marrow bone is as famous as the customers who crowd its pretty, flowery patio. The dishes on the menu change according to the season and the availability of products. One of the most beautiful places in Roma Norte.

Gastronomie mexicaine
Couteux pour Mexico, surtout avec des vins, Ce restaurent propose un voyage gastronomique à cheval entre Mexique et Italie. Des mole (sauces épaisses) remarquables. Des desserts absolument fabuleux que les grands chefs français (ou autres) pourraient leur envier. Je recommande pour un repas d'évènement, même si le service est un peu rapide...
