Gérard Prystasz, former Chef of the Élysée Palace, offers you French cuisine adapted to local products. The result is an exquisite cuisine, varied and rich in flavours, as shown by the chicken leg stuffed with lobster, the sea bream goujonnettes with passion fruit and the many gourmet desserts, including a fresh fruit sabayon. All of this is washed down with a good wine and served either indoors or on the terrace in a small shady garden. A classic to be discovered in a setting as neat as it is elegant.
