Travel Guide Playa Grande

At 10 km from Río San Juan, it is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. In any case, it is the most grandiose. Moreover, one comes especially to visit it, and even of very far! The restaurants, bars and musicians gather on the central part of the beach, especially in high season and during weekends. Fortunately, the sandy fringe stretches for several kilometres and it is very easy to get away from it all. The water is incredibly blue and transparent, and the sand is as golden as one could wish. Be careful though, the sea becomes deep very quickly and it is recommended to be careful with the currents and the waves.
