Stefan welcomes you to this typically French restaurant. A real bistro as we like them, for a change from Caribbean dishes and a taste of home. On the wall, a fresco alludes to Montmartre, a nostalgic wink from the tropics. The main French specialties are featured (boeuf bourguignon, calamari à la provençale, onion soup...), as well as typical regional dishes. The main speciality is baked steak with Tofailles potatoes from the Vosges. Excellent wine list.

Established in 2002, Restaurant Le Bistro re-opens it’s the doors for the pleasure of traditional French cuisine in a great atmosphere with friends and a glass of wine.
The owners, Amel & Stefan, invite you to share a part of French tradition around a table and discover one of France best flavours.
With classic dish as well-known Beef Bourguignon /
Veal Blanquette / Duck fillet (Magret) / Onion soup,

Une bonne cuisine traditionnelle comme on ne trouve que très peu à Cabarete. Un service irréprochable et une jolie décoration du restaurant. À ne pas manquer : le steak tartare en entrée et le boeuf bourguignon. La crème caramel en dessert est excellente !

C'est un endroit dans lequel on retourne facilement !!! C'est très bon, les gens sont sympas , on est bien servi. Endroit à ne pas manquer... Conseil d'un connaisseur!!!
