The Dominican cuisine in the hotel's restaurant is excellent and well served. We dine to the sound of local songs played by the guitarist on stage. On the menu: barbecued meat or grilled chicken, but also fish or salads for smaller hungers. Possibility of buffet or à la carte menu for groups.
