De Parraillada is a friendly restaurant with a small and pleasant garden. The cuisine focuses on grilled chicken, pork, beef and fish, with a Dominican flavour. There is also a buffet where you can compose your own dishes. The portions of the dishes on the menu are generous. There is also a good wine and drinks list. The service and the welcome are impeccable. An address that will please all appetites, as long as you are a meat eater.

The Dominican cuisine in the hotel's restaurant is excellent and well served. We dine to the sound of local songs played by the guitarist on stage. On the menu: barbecued meat or grilled chicken, but also fish or salads for smaller hungers. Possibility of buffet or à la carte menu for groups. And, cherry on the cake, while having lunch, you are allowed access to the swimming pool, which is very appreciable. Good atmosphere and careful service. A tasty option for eating out.

Aroma de la Montaña is without a doubt one of the restaurants with the most incredible setting in the Dominican Republic: a 360° rotating panoramic view (Warning: the rotation only operates on weekends, Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday lunch). The view is really splendid. Unfortunately, it is this one that you pay for, and not what's on your plate (where the bill goes up very quickly, but not the quality). It is better to come and have a glass of wine before or after dinner, especially to admire the sunset.

It is on the terrace of a large chalet with a view of the surrounding mountains that Pucho welcomes you to discover one of the great specialties of the country: El Mofongo. It is green plantains, fried and seasoned with garlic, olive oil and pork. You can customize it to your taste (shrimp, chicken, salami or chorizo). Many say it is the best in the country! The bucolic setting, the warmth of the welcome and the quality of the dishes make it a must in Jarabacoa. Concerts two Saturdays a month.

Located in the small Don Jorge shopping centre, this air-conditioned café-restaurant is a great choice for eating fresh local produce with many vegetarian options. The menu consists of salads, burgers, wraps and fajitas, each dish is cooked in a healthy and balanced way (wholemeal flour used for the fajitas for example). The place is also famous for its breakfasts as well as for its fruity, refreshing and energizing smoothies. In short, a very good alternative in Jarabacoa!

The emphasis here is on authenticity, from the warm, personalized welcome to the exclusive Italian-language menu, including products imported from Italy. All the specialties of the Botte are on the menu: pasta, risottos, bruschettas and pizzas... Located a little way from the city center, you'll find yourself in a peaceful setting with a magnificent view of the mountains (for maximum enjoyment, we recommend the tables on the terrace). A fine wine list... Italian, of course!

Careful service and chic decor for this Latin-Japanese fusion restaurant. Alvaro is the host, offering solid plates of sushi and maki adapted to local products. But Barak restaurant also offers hearty mofongos, one of Puerto Rico's specialties made from plantains. Original and tasty. You will be welcomed with a smile and will have your meal in a warm and quiet atmosphere. Good value for money.

It's a beautiful establishment overlooking the central square with a huge wooden mezzanine. Large and beautiful pizzas are mainly served at Del Parque Galeria, but also Dominican and international dishes with generous portions. The large open terrace on the ground floor is more for aperitif and sometimes even for some wild dance steps... A nice offer of hot and cold drinks, a friendly atmosphere, an attentive and successful service. An address that deserves to be visited.
