The Dejou House is a very busy butchery and meats. The shop is not very large, but there is everything. Rosaries of dry sausages and maison house make you look above the window, beautiful pieces of meat narguent you from the display and some small Cabécous of Cantal await you. And if you're looking for a-hour walk behind the stove, you'll always find a day cooked dish. It changes every time. Very nice hotel.
