Past the beaches of Arena Gorda and Macao, continuing along the coastal road in the direction of Miches, we arrive at Uvero Alto. This public beach is perhaps one of the most unknown in the Punta Cana area. Almost untouched by the resorts, it is made of white sand on which there are usually no crowds. Ideal to escape for a while from the hustle and bustle everywhere else. There are a few bars and snack bars, souvenir shops and an occasional surf school. The few large resorts here, including some of the finest hotels on the coast, are all-inclusive.
