It is a very nice restaurant, with a real quality of service. Here, business lunches, travelers passing through on their way to the South and hotel guests rub shoulders. The cuisine is traditional but impeccable all year round. The lunch menu is carefully prepared with a choice of two dishes, various desserts and a drink. Une cuisine recherchée et raffinée, des produits frais et un service parfait... que demander de plus. Si vous passez sur le secteur de Saint-Flour, c'est une adresse sûre. Je recommande vivement !
