Over the course of two days, more than 100 exhibitors from all over France take place in the street for a huge, festive and convivial market. Alongside the PDO cheeses of Auvergne, Ambert's d, saint-nectaire, the blue of Auvergne, salers, cantal, many AOP you will find other products of the Auvergne gastronomy, including wines with fifteen exhibitors, bread (participation of local bakers and the "bread route"), sausages and salted, garlic from Billom, Honey (Haute-Loire and Cantal), the lens of Saint-Flour… Demonstrations, tastings, entertaining animations, excursions, shows and concerts. A large rally organised every year for over years by the Association Riomoise Festi'Bleu in partnership with the union of the Bleu Bleu of Auvergne and the town of Riom-d-Montagnes.
