Restaurant offering a mixed and eurocéane cuisine in Saint-Paul.

Walk fearlessly through the front door of the Terranga, you can't imagine what it hides. The restaurant serves "mixed and european" cuisine in the freshness of its dining room or in its vast courtyard, all tropical and furnished with wicker. Each table has its own intimate space. Guests will be delighted to be tempted by original dishes, subtly mixing metropolitan terroir and Creole flavours: zourite with chorizo, chef's tartar, chicken péi stuffed with foie gras, homemade ravioli with scallops. On pourrait s'attendre, avec la route nationale qui passe juste à côté, à passer un déjeuner bruyant... Mais non, le cadre est très agréable, propice à, la dégustation des mets délicats, et on n'entend absolument pas la route ! La cuisine est recherchée et originale. Le chef, passionné, mélange les différents épices, ce qui fait une cuisine très parfumée et très goûteuse. Le chef nous explique souvent de quoi sont composés ses plats et c'est vraiment très agréable. Le service est très bien.

A nice restaurant in a very well-appointed and trees. In the evening, soft lighting offers a warm atmosphere and the layout of the tables good cozy character. The range of price is relatively high but the quality and presentation are found in the dish. Family-run, often with the service, is welcoming, attentive and with good advice for wines.
Everything is quickly forget the road on which the restaurant is however quite crowded (called " Chaussée Royale ").
To be gone 7 or 8 times in 4 years, I can confirm the regularity of the quality of the service, even in its improvement.

We have lunch two in Terranga during the week. The setting is very friendly, the layout of the tables guarantees a certain privacy, greenery and cleanliness is forget that the restaurant is by road.
The reception was very pleasant, impeccable service, and the excellent dishes with a touch " découverte" flavours we particularly appreciated!
We will go again, it is safe, and will not fail to discover.
