Restaurant of the Vapiano chain located in Saint-Paul.

The new restaurant of the Vapiano chain was a great success: it opened in a former marine hotel, the Lacay Hotel. Originally a mansion, the building takes its name from its sixth owner, Paul Lacay, who acquired it in 1846 to transform it into a hotel, registered as a historical monument. The new tenants restored the west gallery as in Hastrel's 1847 lithographs by adding a balustraded railing and columns. Corner chains made of freestone are also visible there.
