Chef and Master Saucier Philippe Sarrazin will welcome you here in the purest French tradition. The pretty terrace, surrounded by greenery, offers a pleasant setting for a meal that could well tantalize your taste buds. Carpaccio of toothfish cheeks, pavé of sea bream with coconut viennoiserie, fricassee of boletus and letchis honey, homemade foie gras with red fruit heart, fillet of ombrine with morel mushrooms, free-range chicken with crowberries... The menu offers a generous cuisine, composed of noble and refined products. One of the best restaurants on the island.
