This waterfront West Indian restaurant, at the end of Pointe des Salines, offers a breathtaking view of the beach and its coconut palms. A family-run business for 57 years, everything is homemade with local produce. On the menu: seafood (lambi, prawns, catrou, sea urchins, depending on the season), grilled fish and lobster, stuffed crabs, and lobster salad with avocado. Musical entertainment is provided on certain days. Deckchairs are available to enjoy the exceptional view of the Diamant rock. An authentic favorite!

Open every day except Tuesday from 10am to 6pm. Average bill €25/€30. Seafood specialties, daily specials. Parking, large shaded covered terrace, deckchairs, beach, shower. The only panoramic view of the magnificent Salines beach. Fast service and charming staff.
