A small guinguette at the water's edge on the beach of Sainte-Anne. We like the teak interior decoration, as well as the many tables where we can sit with our feet in the sand. As for the flavors, we suggest you start with a basil mojito accompanied by some accras, also with basil. Fresh fish tartars (especially tuna) and “chatrous” (octopus) a la plancha are excellent, as well as Creole stews. Finish your basil feast with a colonel ice cream. The Basilic team are always friendly and welcoming.

The fish and shellfish producers should find what they are looking for in our menu, which gives pride of place to fresh local products from Martinique. A varied and colourful Creole cuisine that we invite you to discover with your feet in the sand, in the natural setting of the bay of Sainte-Anne.
