A la découverte de la Martinique, nous arrivés par hasard dans ce restaurant situé en retrait de la Plage de St-Pierre. Installés sur la terrasse en hauteur avec vue sur la ville et la plage, nous avons dégusté des acras savoureux et surtout un court-bouillon de poisson servi avec des légumes pays et du riz et haricots rouges. Le tout relevé comme il faut sans trop de piment, simple mais goûteux. Le Patron est au service et la cuisine assurée par une Cheffe. Ce fut un moment agréable et détendu. Les coordonnées téléphoniques ont dû changé, nous avons relevé 0596717327 et 0696307231 et l'adresse 75, rue Victor Hugo à Saint-Pierre.
