At Jarousset, chef Jérôme Cazanave combines two essential elements in his cuisine: a love of good products, preferably local, and his need to reinvent every recipe. He thus follows the seasons to benefit from the best flavours and his desire for the most subtle combinations. As the table is still the privileged place for sharing, the former student of Bras et Bocuse unveils his recipes on his website or during cooking workshops that he regularly organizes.
