Located in the grounds of the Hotel Simon, Bolibar offers a deliciously reinvented cuisine with resolutely Creole influences. We love (re)discovering grandma's recipes revisited with refinement. The interior is contemporary, in the image of the hotel. If you're in a hurry, the Bolibar offers an on-the-go menu that rivals freshness and originality. The view of the bay from the 360° panoramic terrace is breathtaking, even at night. An ideal break for cocktails and tapas.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant parce que nous étions à l'hôtel Simon. Nous avons été très déçus ! Quelques tables, dans une salle sans fenêtre. Prix très élevés et assiettes servies en petites quantités. Brochette de boeuf immangeable que nous avons du renvoyer (aucune excuse ni du chef ni de la serveuse) Vins hors de prix. Bref, nous retournerons très certainement à l'hôtel qui est très bien, mais plus ici!
