The rooms are comfortable and very pleasant to live in. Taking a seat at the table is also a fun time. A traditional cuisine with Châtaigneraie products will be offered. Black pudding with its cream of sweet potato, braised lettuce core and its oil of wild mushrooms, flowing goat with honey from Mourjou, grape sweetened with honey with fig or homemade ice-cream with chesnut cream (or chestnut, because Mourjou is the country of chestnut), just to mention these dishes. The menu gourmet detour flavours of the world is inspired by you. It is composed of seven main courses, according to your desires. Of course good appetite!
