The panoramic restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel of the same name. It enjoys a panoramic view of Guadeloupe, the Sugar Loaf and the Ilet Cabri. The menu varies between Creole and French cuisine. A good table where the local specialities are fish boudin, accras, ouassous, lobster and fresh fish, but also fish pancakes. It is advisable to call before going there to make a reservation.
