ALAMANDA

We are a young couple (28 years and 32 years) patrons of Guadeloupe from my boyfriend in comes and goes there every 2/3 years since its birth. We wanted this time to differently discover the country than staying at the family = " in touristes" fashion;. By great luck, on the site " The good coin" from Guadeloupe, we see an announcement linked to ALAMANDA residence Sainte Anne (for information, we searched Thursday/Friday, for a departure On sunday! Yes, we love to be in the speed!).
We fall on the owner Joel who ensure us the availability of good and more offers us a personal price offer, on a purely commercial basis: we therefore rent the villa known as HIBISCUS.
The residence is located in Sainte Anne, around a 10 -minute drive from the beach of the village, 5 minutes from the wood jolan beach, and 5 minutes from various shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery…). The car is necessary, and this wherever you rent in Guadeloupe in general!
Arrived on site, we discover an EXTRAORDINARY place, for 1 hour, our vocabulary limited ourselves to " wouaw" , " trick of malade"!
The residence is composed of 2 villas, including 1 only (Hibiscus) and 1 other including 2 apartments upstairs.
The garden is just incredible, worthy of a postcard!!!!!! (palm trees, coconut trees, fruit trees with free access, barbecue, several terraces on the level of the villas, as well as a communal terrace, large swimming pool, deckchairs…). Interior and exterior decoration is typically caribbean, but with all the comfort and modern technologies allowing you to have a pleasant stay (air conditioning, dishwasher…).
We had the chance, for our 11 -day stay to be solo throughout the complex for nearly a week. We then were joined by the owners, among other things, who settled permanently in Guadeloupe, bye bye metropole!
To talk about the owners, apart from the direction of the trade necessary in this type of business, we fell on an absolutely top couple in all reports: charming, attentive, nice real, simple people…
With regards to the other speakers who we could have to meet during your stay, it is the same:
- Lydia: we warmly welcomed when we arrived for keys
- M. in charge of the pool: nice as possible step!
- Olga the chef: a lady friendly and available, which offers typical dishes in delivery at the residence where elsewhere, at more than reasonable prices: guaranteed!
All in all, an exceptional place, with outstanding staff… ENJOY:)
