The Demain Saint-François association has set up a market on Tuesday from 5pm on the Boulevard de l'Europe. The producers of the commune come to sell their fruit and vegetables directly. You will also find locally made punches, ready-made meals to take away.... Part of the market welcomes local craftsmen who offer seed jewellery, dolls, sculptures, gourds, coconut objects and various objects and souvenirs. Often the market is accompanied by musical entertainment.

This specialized rum cellar is a must for rum lovers. Jérémy, a well-known collector and wine merchant in the archipelago, is a great enthusiast of this spirit, with a large number of references to rums from Guadeloupe, Martinique and elsewhere. Also on site is a rum bar, where you can sip cocktails and taste the references that interest you, on a cosy pallet wood terrace. A delicatessen corner offers top-of-the-range local products (chocolate, coffee, jam, syrup...).

Cap Creole has specialized in the production of Caribbean smoked fish since 1996. The brand offers a range of seafood products which are very appreciated locally and which deserve to be discovered (smoked fish rillettes, smoked fish boards, fish fillets, pâtés...). Some are available in supermarkets. Others, from the delicatessen range; such as carpaccios, fish steaks such as tuna minced meat with cives, marlin tartar with vanilla salt... are only available in their shops (Saint-François, Bouillante and Jarry).
