Table d'hôtes proposing dishes elaborated from the products of the site (ouassous, loup Caraïbes).
You're guaranteed to enjoy fresh, local produce, as meals here are obviously prepared using only local produce, including ouassous, Creole red mullet and loup-caraïbes (whereas many restaurants serve frozen ouassous imported from Asia). The meal is served in the middle of the landscaped park. You can also try your hand at catching a few fish yourself, which you can take away (for a fee) after lunch. You can also buy farm produce, ouassous and fish on site.

Message from Management
The Aquaculture Park is a 2.5 hectare site dedicated to sustainable aquaculture production in Pointe-Noire. In addition to guided tours and the possibility of fishing, it offers a table d'hôtes whereyou can taste the products of their breeding. Here, the dishes are prepared from ouassous and Caribbean wolffish. You can enjoy ouassous with coconut flambéed with old rum , papillote of caribbean wolfish with fresh spices, gratins, flambéed fruits, chocolate fondant... This establishment also offers a simpler "snack" formula with a "fish and chips" prepared with their caribbean wolfish and homemade fries note that the guest table of the Aquaculture Park is the only place where you can eat fresh ouassous produced in Guadeloupe.
