An address located a little removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Pointe-à-Pitre. This restaurant, which doesn't look like much, offers a traditional brasserie-style formula. The chef mixes local flavours and traditional French cuisine. A la carte, varied dishes made from fresh local produce including full salads, fish and grilled red meat (sea urchin flan with giraumon cream, tuna steak with passion or Creole sauce). The efforts made in the presentation of each dish are worth mentioning.
