An address not to be missed with an original decoration proposing a Creole kitchen.
A must-try address for discovering Creole cuisine, with a few of the chef's evolving notes: fish and shellfish salad, lambi dombrés, chatrou fricassee, seafood fricassee, local pork or beef stew, fish court-bouillon, grilled lobster... served with rice and red beans, sweet potato mousseline. Chef Alain Jarny's speciality, ti farcis (lambi, fish), is a must-try. The service is fast and the welcome warm, in this "grotto" with its original decor. Takeaway service available.
