Bokit is a Guadeloupean specialty made from yeast-free bread dough fried in oil. You compose your own bokit, the dough (classic or with turmeric) and the filling, thanks to a wide choice of ingredients to suit all tastes and diets.

This roadside food-truck offers a wide range of Creole-style grilled meats to take away, with a few tables also available for on-site consumption. Choose from caramelized ribs, smoked chicken, sausages, turkey wings, meat and fish kebabs, lambi... Specialties include caramelized smoke-cured chicken, Tomahawk prime rib, duck breast, pork rolls, chicken wings... Depending on the season, French fries may include potato, sweet potato, breadfruit or yellow banana.
