Gastronomic restaurant with a terrace facing the sea in Gosier.
This is the restaurant of the hotel of the same name. In the gastronomic restaurant, on the terrace facing the sea, the table is stylish and the food refined. New local and international specialities are regularly added to the menu by the chef, who has the art of sublimating local specialities. On the panoramic terrace breezed by the trade winds or in the air-conditioned dining room, here is one of the great tables of Guadeloupe which has not failed since 1965!

Hotel and restaurant are very attractive for the style of the place. Unfortunately, although the restaurant has a luxurious room, the staff is far from being up. A waitress proved unable to handle a corkscrew and open bottle properly. If the dishes served had good taste, they caused a food poisoning with two people. The prices are overrated compared to the quality of the dishes. On the other hand, ideal place to go for a drink on the terrace, facing the island and Caribbean Sea in Gosier.

L’accueiL est inexistant nous sommes arrivés et la personne présente n’a pas trouvé les réservations nous sommes priés d’attendre la personne qui s’en occupe puis on nous dit que plus loin il y a une table disponible sans nous y accompagner
Aucune explication sur l’endrOit où se trouve ce buffet ni sur la façon dont se déroulent les choses
Le buffet est restreint et n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles mais plutôt d’une cantine tomates concombres crevettes surimi et plats chauds légumes un gratin une viande et un poisson
Dessert fruits et gâteaux très restreint comme choix !
La seule note positive est le cadre surtout la terrasse avec vue mer
Grande déception pour ce lieu où j’ai connu bien mieux il y a quelques années
