Restaurant serving various local specialties with a half-board formula.
The restaurant is located on the premises of the Oasis hotel. The menu is not very extensive. But that's a guarantee of quality, as they are prepared with fresh produce (cabri stew or colombo, tuna steak, chicken fricassee or skewer, fish court-bouillon, catrou or lambis fricassee...). The house dessert, the Langranlagaise, is inspired by the local specialty, an ice cream with syrup and cashew apple fruit, the secret of which only the islanders hold. The staff are always very pleasant.

Without any doubt best restaurant Désirade.La Chantal cuisine is delicious, generous and always quality! The welcome Emmanuelle is really warm! Thank you in Jacques too. Love at first glance for Lambis gratin, copious fish safe salad, colombo of goat, without forgetting the planter...Ideal to forget the cold metropole in February!
