In Val Claret, a restaurant in a contemporary chalet near the Ascenseur lift, at the zero level. Inside, you can see the beautiful and imposing structure and the decor. Chalet Bouvier announces the colour, a traditional restaurant with so-called peasant cuisine. The kitchen is open in the room and the brigade is being upgraded. We have selected reblochon chips, green salad and raw ham, Diots from Savoy cooked to Mondeuse and onions, creamy polenta, and finally to finish this meal, chestnut syrup and whipped cream. The reception is nice.
