In Marcolès, a seductive and delicious cuisine in which the starred chef Renaud Darmanin uses good local products.
Renaud Darmanin's cuisine is seductive as well as delicious. It's not for nothing that he got a Michelin star in 2018. The chef uses good local products, meat, mushrooms, chestnuts... But he does not just serve regional dishes. Each of them is "recreated" as the truffade in charlotte. This is the trademark of Renaud Darmanin who lets the tastes and flavors express themselves. As for the menu, it is a unique menu with a vegetarian option in seven courses.
