Welcome to the Restaurant des Aigles in Bourget-du-Lac!
Before setting off on a hike, or after a day of discovery, settle down on the terrace or in the cosy dining room to savour the must-haves of Savoyard cuisine. Our specialties include tartiflette served with a charcuterie platter and mixed salad. Savoyard fondue with porcini mushrooms, served with a charcuterie board, or crozet gratin. The chefs prepare your dishes on site using fresh, local ingredients. They also offer a wide variety of salads to vary the pleasures. During the harsh winter, opt for ravioli gratin with your choice of sauce, chicken filet with Reblochon sauce or a veggie burger with potato galette. For dessert, try our Savoy honey French toast with blueberry ice cream, a summer treat! Don't miss the gourmet duo: blueberry tart with chocolate fondant, a pure delight! Savor every moment as you admire the breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. If you're feeling a little hungry, the Aigles snack bar welcomes you during the day with its gourmet snacks.
