In the village of Flumet, on the banks of the Arly, the house and mill in Tienne bear witness to the past. As if time had frozen with all its treasures and tools of the time, we go back in time to the time when Etienne Mongellaz, called "yours", miller of his condition, worked to grind wheat with the force of his hydraulic mill. Here we are in the 1820s, and all the ingenuity of the elders is back in the spotlight. For the past forty years, the sites, which have become communal property, have been rehabilitated and restored in order to preserve this heritage.
