These are the fish of the lake (real), a crisp of vierge sauce, a trout soufflé at the Chambérienne, the frying of Lake Bourget, a back of affectionately roasted hazelnuts with hazelnuts, a homemade beef tartar, a Tatin pie that the waiter, smiling and welcoming, announces as wonderful, all sprinkled with a pleasant Saint Joseph. Last advice, go in the evening for a more romantic dinner, far from tourists.
