Brison-Saint-Innocent benefits from a microclimate that has earned it the nickname of Savoyard Nice. Dry and hot summers and mild autumn and winter for rainy springs: olive trees, palm trees and fig trees grow here without any worries. Situated on the edge of the Lac du Bourget, the commune is naturally endowed with a fishing port. But one will also be attracted by the castle, the Sardinian towers or the church whose bell, dating from 1943, is classified. For the strolls, footpaths including the historical, natural and cultural heritage are proposed. The walk to the Grotte des Fées (Fairy Cave), over 5 kilometres with a difference in altitude of 370 metres, is one of those that can be done as a family.
