This very pretty village perched in the middle of the vineyards is dominated by the Cherve mountain. Below, the Château des Tours looks good with its walls, its square Merovingian tower and its round tower, known as the Saracen tower, from where watchmen could watch the surroundings as far as the eye can see. It is a private estate which produces an excellent brouilly on 50 ha. The village church, dating from the 12th century, is worth a small visit. Marked footpaths allow you to discover the surroundings. At the highest point, the "Gros Rocher" (625 m), you can see the whole Saône valley, from the Mâconnais to the Lyonnais, as well as the Dombes and the Mont Blanc on a clear day.
