Saint-Nizier-d'Azergues is a village in the Beaujolais mountains, with a territory spread out between 390 and 908 meters (highest point and weather station). The village had a priory in the Middle Ages. To see, an imposing and ancient fortified house - the castle of Pramenoux - founded in the 14th century by the Sires of Beaujeu and reworked until the 19th century.
