Restaurant offering high quality dishes based on good products.

The forerunner of everything that has ever been done in the art and style of bistronomy in Lyon. Established in 2002 in the working-class Guillotière district, this address has broken the mould by combining conviviality and good food. A delightful setting of old stones and exposed beams, with plates as beautiful as they are delicious, featuring excellent seasonal produce. Creativity thanks to Chef Jeff's know-how, who happily renews the menu in a bath of gustatory pleasures, with a cordon bleu with Morbier and Saint-Marcellin sauce, or a puréed sausage from my Grand-Mère that awakens our fondest memories. Wonderful wine service and cellar open during restaurant opening hours.

2e fois que j’y vais à quelques mois d’intervalle… les assiettes sont bien pauvrettes, pas grand chose dedans. On veut nous forcer à la consommation… mais c’est bien trop cher.
Dommage car le cadre est chouette et le service au top. Mais je ne reviendrai pas.

Réservation faite 4 jours à l’avance, le restaurant appelle 1h avant pour avoir confirmation de notre venue. Une fois arrivés sur place à l’heure, ils n’ont même pas honoré notre réservation et nous ont renvoyés. Très peu sympathiques, ils ne se sont même pas excusés de la situation.
