Thê'Vân, an emblematic address in the small Asian district of Guillotière, has been providing a gourmet bridge between Lyon and Vietnam for over 20 years. An address that doesn't need to overdo it, just a few touches in a sober décor, to take us away to a country of delicately scented flavors. The journey begins with a warm welcome from a charming man. The dishes are made from the finest ingredients, cooked to perfection with remarkable skill, to delight the palate: the must-try Phô soup, one of the best Bò Bún in town, a menu to suit all tastes, including vegetarian... And all for exceptional value for money! Happiness to share.

Délicieux raviolis crevettes à la vapeur et soupe de nouilles au canard laqué ! Une soupe moyenne était suffisante pour se sentir rassasié , le canard laqué était incroyable et la soupe était nourrissante . J'apprécie le fait qu'il y'a des tailles différentes pour les soupes car on peut prendre une soupe moyenne et une entrée / un plat pour goûter plus. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et vraiment sympa :)

お店の方も優しく、穏やかなサービスが受けられます。
また、お店でいただけるお茶もティーバックではなく茶葉を急須に入れて出していただき、食事だけでなく飲みものにも満足しました。
あえてひとつだけ言うのであれば、デザートがやや甘過ぎました…
それでも、次に戻る日を楽しみにしています＾＾
