When a neighborhood café-comptoir near Charpennes is reinterpreted by a chef who has traveled for years, the result is stunning. From the original bistro, Rascal has retained the charm of small-tiled floors and a pretty counter. The ground floor and first floor have bistro-style rooms, but the food is bistronomic. Chef Thibaut's dishes are based on local produce, particularly from the Ardèche region. A contemporary bistro, Rascal is a real treat. One of our favorite addresses.
