When a three-star chef in Menton puts his Italian-Argentinian origins - or rather, his Italian side - to the fore to offer us exceptional pizzas, the result is this "mouton noir" (translation of Pecora Negra). So, yes, the Neapolitan-style pizzas are delicious, but we'll be interested in the other Italian offerings from a chef who seduced us with his corner dedicated to burrata, all organically grown, these healthy seasonal salads, a delicious carpaccio of bressaola d'angus, homemade vitello tonnato-style veal and spaghetti alla puttanesca, our favorite dish. Gourmets finish on a high note with a homemade tiramisu or an affoliant affogato.
