Clearly distinct from its Asian counterparts, the Vietnamese cuisine is unanimously appreciated for its freshness (using many exotic fruits to bring out the taste), its lightness (free from fat), its variety and its finesse, are found in this restaurant in cours Vitton, where guests crowd around... 1968. Taken over in hand by the daughter of the founder, Le Vietnam has set a goal to quietly revolutionize the property, to instill in the decor a lounge and contemporary spirit, the decor has also renovated in a spirit more contemporary, brighter, with brightened tones. But we should not ignore as far as its reputation is concerned: nice list of exotic cocktails, including the ginger, my xao (crunchy pasta as a nest of birds) and prawns in the tonkinoise way, fried beef with tamarin, octopus hot sauce and pearls of tapioca in a coconut milk, we will be served with smiling amenity characterizing the beautiful Asia.

Après 3 repas dans ce restaurant, je peux assurer que vraiment c’est un coup de cœur. La cuisine est délicieuse, le personnel est exceptionnel. Vraiment une adresse à retenir.
