With his wife Carine, he invites us to share his world. Fabrice's technique is a perfect match for his products, with a penchant for vegetables. Let yourself be carried away by the discovery menu, which gives carte blanche to the chef to blend local products with notes from elsewhere, always in full harmony of flavors. Artisanal beers and natural wines. Outstanding value for money.
