The Giraudet house is a reference to quenelles. What does not ruin nothing is that it does not stay on its laurels, as it continues to innovate with a concept of a soup bar in the traditional shops. At the counter, in a design decor, each one chooses the soup of the day. They mitch before our eyes, beans, lentils, or more exotic, cold or warm flavors depending on the seasons. Les soupes et les quenelles proposées sont excellentes.Il propose des menus très abordables dans leur stand situé dans les halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse.
