In the Part-Dieu area, a table that defends the values we hold dear. Starting with a fundamental value: quality. Quality of welcome and service by Susana, the first female Toques Blanches Lyonnaises front-of-house chef, who perfectly matches the wines to the dishes created by her husband, the passionate chef Thomas Lemaire, with whom she forms the first Toques Blanches Lyonnaises couple. The quality of seasonal produce, sourced from short supply chains and homemade, is also reflected in the short menu, with 4 starters and 4 main courses to suit all tastes. The lunch menu changes weekly. Exceptional value for money.
