From the Arsenic to the culinary arts, there's only one step to take with Michelin-starred chef Christian Têtedoie. Always keen to shake up traditional cuisine and give young people a chance to express their talents, the chef has created this "new chefs' scene". Juliette Tuzzolino's turn at this incubator for future gastronomic "aces" is to introduce us to her culinary universe. Trained at the finest restaurants, her short menu includes personal dishes such as "mimosa leeks from my childhood", as well as a surprising pressé of confit pork, celery and helianti, before a tarte Tatin 2.0. Quelle expérience !!! Chaque plat est un émerveillement pour les papilles. Une vraie explosion gustative.
Le service est impeccable et l'accord des vins rend honneur à chaque plat.
Tout simplement incroyable. Comme en plus les menus mettent à l'honneur les produits de saison, nous avons hâte de voir les prochains menus !
