At Piquin, the food is 100% homemade: from the tacos to the tortillas, not forgetting the brain-bending dessert of the day. Piquin, which you can pronounce any way you like, is the culinary adventure of Sandra Alvarez, a Mexican by birth and graduate of the Institut Bocuse, who works wonders behind the stove, and Hugo Boissin, who runs the colorful dining room. Both are passionate about Mexican cuisine and culture. Ceviche, guacamole, nachos, carne asada depending on arrivals, local beers and tequila tastings. llegamos rapido!
