The good idea of Adrian Pendola and Khaled Stud is to have transformed a walk into a modern version, paying tribute to an exceptional woman. Vita, this is the aunt's forename of Adrien. It is this woman, of Sicilian origin, who is discovered in vintage photography on her Vespa adorning the "ristorante" wall. In addition, the à la carte special pizza recipe has been prepared by Thierry. On the side of traditional cuisine, the Sardinian chef, Davide, spoils us with typical Italian dishes, with incursions on his island. The à la carte follows the seasons and there again, the low prices does not affect the quality of the products. Beautiful variation of burgers, including an Essentiel with foie gras and duck breast or a Lyonnais with Saint-Marcellin cheese and diced bacon, huge mixed salads, and a meat selection, from the roasted rib eye steak to the lamb shank with garlic via the beef tartare (€12.50 for 180g of meat, a record). An Essentiel which is open to your requests for privatisation and gives life to your projects to organise a musical evening or else (a room which can accommodate up to 70 people with buffet or meal). No doubt, you have to go to L'Essentiel.
