Lyon's Cité internationale de la Gastronomie, showcasing the region's food and agricultural professions

Lyon had to have a place dedicated to "eating well". Within the magical walls of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu, with the dome of the Quatre-Rangs lighting up the visit, discover this very French art, from the meals of yesterday to those of tomorrow. Regularly changing exhibits to whet our taste buds, and a host of free workshops to introduce the whole family to the art of cooking. Every Thursday, a major free event aims to raise awareness of food-related issues.
