Annonce présentant un loyer sous évalué en raisons des charges actualisées après 2 ans d'occupation(100€ de plus par mois pour un studio), facturation de dégradations abusives sans tenir compte de la vétusté voire d'un simple usage. Travaux facturés et non effectués.

J'ai été locataire à la Régie des Célestins ou j'ai été satisfaite et où j'ai toujours reçu une bonne écoute et ce malgré un gros dégât des eaux.
les gens sont abordables.
