PATINOIRE CHARLEMAGNE

Skating rink
4/5
3 reviews

There are two ice rinks in Lyon, the largest of which is in Confluence. With its reinforced concrete shell, a signature of the 1970s, the Charlemagne skating rink is one of the emblematic buildings of this ultramodern district. It welcomes fans - and professionals, with the world's best ice dancers and field hockey players - of sliding and ice sports. Put on your skates and let's go for several laps on the ice in this rink that can accommodate just over 4,000 people. There's an Ice Garden for children aged 4 to 7, and themed evenings for older children. You can buy e-tickets or book a session online.

If you have any doubts about your sense of direction in the city, this 14-kilometer greenway is for you! It's very simple: by following the rails of the T3 tramway in its entirety, you absolutely cannot go wrong! Connecting the Part-Dieu station to the Meyzieu Gare station, it is a good alternative to public transport for outdoor training. Its smooth asphalt surface allows access to all physical activities: on foot, by bike or on rollerblades.
